Return & Refund Policy

How do I return what I have ordered?

We strive to bring the best products to you and are confident about the quality of our creations. But we do understand that at times there can be instances wherein you would want to return something that you bought from us. Which is why, we have a simple return policy. All you need to do is send us the product back in 7-days from the date of purchase in its original packaging and condition. To complete the return, we would need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer will be responsible for sending/paying for return shipping via a tracked service. To return your product, please email us at ecom@cratus.co.inand we will send you return shipping instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. It is advisable that you use a shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance that can be tracked.

What if my items are damaged or defective?

If you have received a damaged or defective item, do contact ecom@cratus.co.inwith a photo of the damage product and your order number. We will see to it that the issue is taken care of!

When can I expect my refund?

After we receive the item back, if item is in original packaging and saleable condition, we will process your refund within a week. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to show in your account. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
